Description of Services:

In-Home occupational therapy services to enable clients to safely participate in daily activities of self-care, work and leisure

Services may include home safety assessments, mobility prescriptions through the Assistive Devices Program and work site ergonomic assessments * the children's program assists children in the school with special needs
