Description of Services:
Support, education, training, and recreation programs for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their care partners
  • counselling and navigation including group supports for persons with dementia and care partners (including family and friends)
  • education and training programs for family, healthcare providers and professional caregivers including U-First! and Gentle Persuasive Approaches
  • Dementia Friendly Community and Safety Training 
  • social and recreation programs for people living with dementia and their care partners 
  • Young Onset Dementia Adult Day Program
  • MINT Memory Clinic services
  • public presentations for community groups
  • Reitman Centre Enhancing Care (CARERS) program
