Description of Services:

Mental Health and Addiction counsellors are part of the health team and work in cooperation with other health providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators, dietitians, etc.) to support whole health. Counselling services available to registered clients for:

feeling sad, worried, afraid or angry
feel like you don’t fit in
support for LGTBQ+ issues
being bullied
obsessing about things
too much partying
coping with pain
stress
suicidal thoughts
grief, loss
problematic alcohol and drug use
